2. Services
We currently offer workshops and related educational services. No digital products or physical goods are sold via this Website. All bookings are handled via email or other direct communication, and invoices are issued manually.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid within 10 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank transfer is the standard payment method; alternative payment methods may be available upon request.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 14 days before the workshop: free of charge.

Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the workshop: 50% of the fee applies.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the workshop or no‑show: full fee applies.
If we are required to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be notified promptly and offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
5. Liability
Workshops are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice. Each participant remains responsible for their own health, finances, and decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, materials, and documentation remain our intellectual property. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use such materials without our prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence (e.g., EU or Australia).
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your booking will apply.
